Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

When completing your order it is imperative to be as clear, precise and accurate. Should you encounter any unforeseen error(s) whilst processing your order please contact us with immediate effect: info@ehghair.co.uk

Please provide the following details: your full name, order number where applicable, together with a brief detail of the processing error.

Our Returns Policy

Refunds and exchanges can only be issued when the product is unopened and unused and still in its original package. Hair products cannot be exposed to handling or found to be in a used/worn situation.

For exchanges, EHG Hair may offer within 7 working days of receipt, of product(s) contained in original packaging.

Carriage, posting, shipping et cetera will incur a price paid for by the buyer for any of our product exchange/refund. United Kingdom and worldwide applies.

Unsuitable (faulty) products must be reported to EHG Hair within 10 days of receipt. Examination of claimed faulty good(s) must be returned within 7days of claimed/reported fault.

Buyers’ rights to any exchange/refund will not be applicable should any fault/malfunction arise from the following:

1: Wear & Tear

2: Negligence on behalf of buyer where accident, handling, storage not recommended nor advised, neglible working conditions or/and application not advised.

3: Ignoring instructions and advice supplied.

4: EHG Hair must be used parallel with EHG Hair care products. If not, EHG Hair reserves the right to be separated from any circumstance that may arise from using another care product outwith EHG Hair after installation has been applied.

5: Hair deemed to damage as a result of: tinted, coloured, chemically enhanced (but not limited to) shall not be eligible for qualification as ‘faulty goods’. EHG Hair is not responsible for poor hair management and/or application. Should any situation arise where we are exempt from responsibility we will not issue replacement or refund.

EHG Hair highly recommends hair extension application and hair care by a reputable and experienced professional. EHG Hair is not liable for expenses of any circumstance(s) outside our terms.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be honoured for unopened, uninterrupted packaging on all EHG Hair products.

If our product(s) are determined unsuitable in compliance with our terms we endeavour to issue return within 48-hours excluding non-working days and any holiday days that may occur within this period.

As our terms state: please ensure your returning product(s) comply with our agreement. ie: unused, unworn, and in original package. Your purchased goods are solely your own responsibility. Please ensure packaging and product(s) are secure before returning. It is highly recommended you purchase proof of sending from your delivery source (recorded delivery). Postage costs apply.

Please allow 5 working days prior to contacting us if you are in pursuit of exchange.

Refunds

As in our terms, refunds can only be granted when you provide unopened product(s) in its original packaging.

All returning goods will receive thorough examination and inspection.

In pursuit of a return on an item(s) please allow7-10 days from the date the goods were received in our possession. Please be prepared to provide order details for clarification.

Care and Maintenance

CAUTION: EHG Hair does not recommend the use of hair extensions whilst incorporating/participating in circumstances such as (but not limited to): swimming pools where chorine and other chemicals may cause inflicted damage to extensions. Direct sunlight, excess heat, (holiday destination sun spots, for example). It is highly recommended you do not place your hair extensions in contact with sea, spring, and swimming pool water where damage can be induced through means of salt, chlorine and/or any other natural to chemical ingredients.

Colouring or chemically-added treatment of your hair extensions shall be entirely at your own risk and all returns, exchanges, refunds will be deemed null and void under our terms.

EHG Hair provide care information attached to our products in order for us to provide you with the best-to-our-ability advise on extension and natural hair. Our information is designed for best results on your product(s) and its condition. EHG Hair is not liable for any damage caused by mistreatment by buyer.

By purchasing goods from EHG Hair you agree to our terms and conditions. EHG Hair also reserve the right to cancel any order(s) prior to dispatch.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery times (UK mainland)

Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12pm

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. On estimation over 90% of orders are fulfilled within 1-2 working days but can vary due to stock availability. All customers are advised of an estimated dispatch/delivery date shortly after placing order(s).

EHG Hair use Royal Mail’s special delivery and recorded delivery services.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries not within mainland UK including highlands. (Offshore, islands).

Delivery to Europe can take 3-8 working days.

Delivery to rest of the world can take 7-14 days.

Delivery times and quotes are provided in good faith. EHG Hair do not accept any responsibility or liability due to late or failed delivery carried out by a Third Party.

In the extreme and rare occasion whereby a delivery is delayed due to a Third Party circumstance EHG Hair cannot provide replacement goods until official confirmation has been provided of the goods being lost in transit. This procedure can take up to 15 working days.
